📻 Radio Requirements- [ ] Cat R: Not required
- [ ] Cat E: 29MHz radio
- [ ] Cat D and above: VHF radio
⛽ Fuel System- [ ] Approved fuel tanks (steel, stainless steel, or HDPF plastic)
- [ ] No leaks or corrosion
